Our ProgramsThe work of drowning prevention involves varying kinds and levels of intervention. The World Health Organization has recommended 10 ways to help prevent drowning, ranging from barriers for toddlers to national plans and policy work. Based on the realities of drowning specific to central Vietnam, combined with research and analysis, we focused on four primary programs for intervention: Learn to Swim, Water Safety Education, Broad Public Awareness and Rescue/CPR.
